There is a new AI tool launching every single day. Most of them are noise. Here are the five I actually use every week, and why they earn their place in my workflow.
1. Claude
Claude is my daily thinking partner. It is where I draft content, work through strategy, and build out my AI team members. The Projects feature lets me keep context organized so I am not starting over every chat.
2. Google Drive
Not glamorous, but essential. My entire AI Business OS lives in a structured Google Drive folder. It is the home base my AI team reads from and writes to.
3. ChatGPT
Still useful for quick research and brainstorming, especially when I want a second opinion on something Claude drafted. Different model, different perspective.
4. Buzzsprout
For the podcast. AI helps me plan and outline episodes, and Buzzsprout handles the distribution. Together they let me publish consistently without it eating my whole week.
5. My AI Dream Team
These are not separate apps. They are named AI team members I built inside Claude, each with a real job. Biz Bestie runs my daily briefs. CeCe turns call transcripts into client recaps. Charlie handles my weekly content.
The tool was never the problem. The system was.
You do not need 47 tools. You need a few good ones and a system that makes them work together.
