"How to Train Your Robot" Challenge Terms and Conditions
By purchasing access to the "How to Train Your Robot" Challenge Training (the "Challenge"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing access to and participating in the Challenge, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not participate in the Challenge.
2. Description of Service
The "How to Train Your Robot" Challenge is a 1-day online training program designed to help participants create and customize their own personal GPT. The Challenge includes live training sessions, Q&A periods, access to a private challenge training group, templates, resources, and tools to create high-quality, on-brand content.
3. Eligibility & Prerequisites
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Participants are responsible for maintaining access to any tools used during the Challenge, such as a paid account for ChatGPT. No prior experience with ChatGPT is required, but basic familiarity with technology is recommended.
4. Registration and Payment
To participate in the Challenge, you must register and pay the required fee.
All payments are securely processed through Stripe, PayPal, or another selected payment processor.
Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect registrations already purchased.
5. Access and Materials
Live Challenge Access Includes:
Live training session.
Q&A periods following each session.
Private challenge training group access.
Worksheets, templates, and resources to help you implement strategies.
Replay Access Includes:
Recordings of all training sessions.
Continued access to templates and tools.
Participation in the private group for post-Challenge support.
Replay access will remain available through 2025 and possibly longer unless removed due to third-party platform restrictions (e.g., YouTube).
6. Refund Policy
Due to the exclusive and time-sensitive nature of the Challenge and immediate access to valuable digital content, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. By purchasing access, you acknowledge and agree that you are making a commitment to fully participate in the Challenge.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided in the Challenge—including but not limited to:
Training materials and methodologies.
Worksheets, templates, and exercises.
Custom AI workflows and tools.
These materials are the intellectual property of AI Coaching with Angelina and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any materials without prior written consent.
8. User Obligations
You agree to:
Use the Challenge and its content for lawful purposes only.
Ensure your own access to required tools and platforms.
Follow guidelines provided during the Challenge.
You agree NOT to:
Share access to the Challenge or its materials with others.
Resell or commercialize any Challenge content.
Share proprietary information or resources outside the Challenge group.
Failure to follow these rules may result in removal from the group without a refund.
10. Technical Support and Platform Disclaimer
Limited technical support is available through:
The private challenge training group.
Designated Q&A sessions during the Challenge.
We are not responsible for:
Performance or availability of third-party platforms or tools (e.g., ChatGPT).
Policy changes or updates to third-party platforms.
Internet connectivity or technical issues on your end.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Challenge is provided "as is" without any guarantees of specific outcomes. While we provide actionable frameworks and tools, we do not guarantee:
Specific results for participants.
Continuous or indefinite access to third-party tools or platforms.
Your outcomes will depend on factors such as your application of the strategies, effort, and creativity.
